Coaching
Holistic coaching is focused on you and your unique needs. We value your individual learning style, your bio-individuality, and your unique path to wellness. Using science-backed and proven methods, deep listening, and open communication, we will explore your life-vision and well-being goals together.
Coaching sessions are your place of comfort, non-judgement, and exploration, and aren’t directive, demanding, or prescribing. It’s a time and space for you to reflect on your life, clarify your desires, and tap into your deeper motivations, leading to the life you want. We’ll co-create a personally tailored plan just for you.

Hi, I’m Gina Palazzo!
I’m so happy that you found me!
I’m the founder of blooming holistic studio, a board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), a functional medicine certified health coach (FMCHC), a ReCODE/PreCODE 2.0 certified coach (candidate), a registered yoga teacher (RYT-300), and a behavior change specialist with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate change and transitions in life, while supporting whole body & mind wellness.
My coaching approach is rooted in holistic and functional medicine, positive psychology, behavior change, and non-violent communication, combined with empathy, creativity, and high standards for quality coaching. My personal experience dealing with and overcoming autoimmune conditions, stress burnout, and depression combined with my unique skillset allows me to mindfully help you overcome life’s obstacles with ease, so you don’t have to sort it out alone.
I'm a gratitude geek, a self-compassion champion, and a mental health advocate who is passionate about providing high quality coaching, health education, and holistic services to my clients & community.
I believe in your ability to know what’s best for you. As a big picture thinker with a passion for the details, I’ll help you discover the steps necessary to make lasting change possible, sustainable, and joyful.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me hiking in the desert (not in the summer!), reading with a cat on my lap, making art, advocating for refugees & mental health awareness, or hanging out with my husband listening to music.

Small Group Coaching
Small group coaching is available for 6-8 people and is held online in a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where everyone is welcome. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, and the support of a small community, we’ll focus on a shared area of interest, such as cognitive health, nutrition, chronic illness management, or stress management. With community interaction and ongoing support, we’ll co-create your wellness plan to support your vision and goals, leading to sustainable, joyful, and lasting change. Pantry Clean-Out & Organization
A well-stocked pantry with foods that nourish you is the key to easy meal planning and prep. Making changes to your eating style and your food choices, and re-organizing your pantry, doesn’t need to be overwhelming. We’ll identify and remove the foods that no longer serve you, organize what does, and plan food-prep that supports your lifestyle and nutritional goals. Need help identify those suspect foods? Community Education & Workshops
Community education & workshops are available as a one-time event or an ongoing series and are intended to be interactive, informative, and accessible to all who attend. We tailor workshops to meet the needs and interests of participants with the goal of leaving you with information and tools to assist you on your wellness journey. Collaborating with Physicians
I am available on a contractual basis to work with physicians and practitioners to discuss and create wellness plans for and with your patients. I will provide 1:1 and small group coaching to assist your patients in clarifying their wellness vision and identifying how it relates to their current lifestyle, and how they will overcome obstacles and create new habits and behaviors. We’ll work together to bring your treatment plan to life and will create small action-oriented and manageable steps to support them in reaching their larger goals.
Mindfulness Sessions
Mindfulness isn’t about striving to be calm or mindful every waking moment. It’s about being aware of your thoughts and surroundings and how you react to them and to the situations in your life. Mindfulness sessions, like coaching, are client-led in that we focus on areas that are most relevant in your life today. Some areas we may focus on are stress management, communication, or relationships, and we may use breathing exercises, guided meditation, or reading poetry, looking at art, and experiencing nature through a mindful lens. We’ll explore how mindfulness relates to your values, goals, and life vision. You’ll learn to pause and listen to the quiet, and create a mindfulness practice that not only fits into your life, but nourishes it while helping you to thrive.
Medical Advocacy
We will work together to ensure that you understand your medical condition/diagnosis and treatment plan, that you’re accessing the appropriate services, and feel empowered to make informed choices. As a unique individual, you deserve treatment that is unique to you and your needs, and with medical advocacy we’ll ensure that you’re confident in the care you receive. We will meet online and are available to work collaboratively with your practitioners, joining you for virtual appointments when desired.
